Our materials processing area is equipped with modern
equipment for manufacturing precision ceramic as well as
piezo composite. We are fully capable of grinding,
lapping, dicing, and shaping all types of materials to
extremely tight tolerances producing exceptional
products.

Blatek has a state of the art machine shop featuring several pieces of
modern CNC equipment. Mechanical designs produced in our 3D modeling
software can be efficiently and accurately reproduced by one of our
CNC milling machines or lathes. For prototyping purposes, our machine
shop also has several manual pieces of machining equipment.

Blatek features a brand new state-of-the-art array assembly area.
This area contains the most modern equipment available for assembling
precision linear and phased array transducers. This area contains a highly
experienced and well trained staff capable of building even the most
complicated array transducers.

Our recently renovated transducer assembly area is where all of our
single-element transducers are manufactured. An experienced and highly
skilled staff is capable of building transducers efficiently and accurately.

Our test department is constantly being updated and upgraded with the latest
precision test equipment. Automated test systems ensure consistency among the
test procedures used for all of our devices. The efficiency of our automated
testing systems lowers the costs associated with manufacturing ultrasonic
transducers.
