Doppler

   Blatek Inc. manufactures CW and PW Doppler probes in a wide range of frequencies and styles. Popular applications are Vascular Doppler for blood flow measurement and Fetal Doppler probes for monitoring fetal heart rates.

    All of our probes are designed utilizing Blatek’s proprietary piezocomposite materials to exhibit high sensitivity and broad bandwidth for superior performance over conventional ceramic transducers. Typical frequencies are 2MHz, 5MHz, and 8MHz but other frequencies are available. Typical element impedance is 50Ω ± 10Ω although we can tune to other values upon request.
