NDT Angle Beam Transducers

   Blatek has developed integral NDT angle beam transducers that have demonstrated superior performance in the industrial market. Known as a “barrel” transducer, this piezocomposite match to wedge style has given greater sensitivity and a signal-to-noise ratio that betters the competition by as much as 10dB. Frequencies available are from 0.5MHz up to and including 10.0MHz. Elements can be round, square, rectangular, or whatever shape you require. The angles can be shear or longitudinal and can be placed in all package sizes with precise BIP to nose dimensions for your specifications. The same can be said for our removable angle beams.
